Providing strategic oversight while being responsible for the Corporate Landlord functional requirements on behalf of the Council and its customers. Your teams will be working with colleagues and the residents they support. Whether answering calls or emails, or working with them in person, we focus on giving them all the help they need. That means helping them ourselves, giving them a way to help themselves, or putting them in touch with someone else who can help. And we’re always looking for new ways to help, you’ll explore and implement the use of smart solutions and other technologies.
