Surveyor to Associate - Specialist Valuation

Woodhouse Property Recruitment are proudly assisting a market-leading global property consultancy, who currently looking to grow their alternative valuation team in either Manchester, or Leeds.

The team specialise in valuing an exciting variety of assets types across the North of England, including: large capacity stadia, central urban leisure, healthcare, and student accommodation. The role itself will see you providing a complete valuation service, with 80% of work being for secured lending purposes, and the remainder being made up of development and account valuations.

The team have a wonderful dynamic, operating with business autonomy from the local office, but as an integral part of the offices planned and spontaneous social events. In addition to the local office support, you will have the backing of the wider national team who can advise on specialist requirements.

This is a great chance to move into a specialist role and fast track your career. Experience in alternative and trading is beneficial, but not required as training will be provided.
