A proactive and highly acquisitive London based Asset Management Company are currently looking to appoint a Head of Property Management. Their current portfolio is nationwide and comprised of retail and office assets.
As the Head of Property Management, you will be responsible for leading a team of Property Managers and oversight of the facilities management team. You will be working closely with the Asset Managers to ensure strategies are implemented across the portfolio. Furthermore, you will be supporting Senior Management in developing new business and supporting the growth of the existing portfolio.
To be considered for this role you must have extensive commercial property management experience and proven track record at Partner / Director level. Candidates from both a consultancy and client-side background will be considered.
