My client is searching for an experienced Associate Director within project management to join either their Leeds or Sheffield office. The successful candidate will be leading some of Yorkshire's biggest and most exciting projects across both the public and private sectors. Projects will include, and not be limited to, Commercial, Residential, Social Housing, Education, Healthcare, Hotels and Leisure. You'll be joining a talented team of individuals that share your enthusiasm for delivering high-quality results to strict deadlines. Interested candidates must have a wealth of project management experience and be able to successfully manage multiple projects concurrently from inception to completion.
Requirements of the Associate Director:Degree qualification in a construction related disciplineMinimum of 10 years' experience in Project Management within a construction consultancy environment Member of a recognised professional institution (MRICS, MAPM or equivalent)Experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams & delivering successful projects from inception right through to completionEstablish and build positive relationships with clientsBusiness development experience, including identifying opportunities with new and existing clientsExcellent communication and leadership skillsA desire to grow and progress within the business
