An international Cost Consultancy with a reputation for delivering world class projects across the globe are seeking a bright, enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor for their Leeds office.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

Working alongside the Quantity Surveying Director, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have the chance to work on exciting residential projects within the region.

The new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will ideally come from a real estate background with strong residential build experience.

The role comes with fantastic opportunity for long term progression and is the perfect opportunity for am ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for the right support whilst they complete their APC.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

  • RICS accredited degree qualification
  • MRICS or committed to completing APC
  • 6+ months experience within a UK Cost Consultancy
  • Residential/Real Estate experience is ideal
