Salary up to £75,000 plus generous bonus structure.

Our client are an established premium Commercial Property Specialist Group based in London’s most sought after locations. They're looking for a highly organised individual with an established network and strong communication/problem-solving skills to establish, develop and lead the best customer & landlord experience, leasing and flex advisory group in London. The role will work across the growing flexible advisory market that brings together traditional, flex, asset management and facility management products.

The role will involve working with property developers, investors, partner agents and occupiers principally on the marketing and leasing of offices via both traditional and managed markets, but also overseeing disposal strategies and implementation across the West End of London. The role is client facing and responsible for a significant amount of cross selling.

The role will be to work principally in the West End market but will on occasions involve providing advice across the entire Central London market.


  • Take the lead on the Landlord traditional & flexible markets
  • Grow the number of instructions
  • Grow their list of partner agents
  • Listing and marketing the properties
  • Undertake viewings and negotiations
  • Be pivotal in growing the business to ensure it remains a market leading team throughout the wider market
  • Undertaking viewings of available properties
  • Compile marketing strategies for new instructions and liaise with marketing companies to create marketing material, agent launches and social media content
  • Monitor competing buildings and reporting market activity to the team and clients Identify new business opportunities for both the immediate team and the wider group
  • Undertake financial analysis of potential transactions Identify and progress opportunities for cross selling activities Identify opportunities for providing additional services to clients
  • Build strong working relationship with the existing clients
  • Be articulate, professional and thoughtful with strong communications skills, both verbal and written  
  • Be adaptable and above all keen and enthusiastic to drive the business forward
  • Be confident and motivated to take on responsibility for day-to-day management of your own workload


  • RICS qualified with at least 5 year experience post qualification (Office agency / leasing background)
  • Self-starter, who relishes challenges and strives for the best
  • Strong decision maker who gives assurance
  • Ethical with strong integrity
  • A good understanding of UK property markets with strong commercial awareness
  • Someone who has innate curiosity and is eager to experiment and push the boundaries of what is possible
  • Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships
  • Empathetic with clients’ needs and a wish to offer unparalleled client care
