Rural Director - Cambridgeshire
Beach Baker are delighted to be working with a leading firm of Chartered Surveyors to recruit a Rural Surveyor at Director level to be based in their Cambridgeshire office.
This role is a unique opportunity to work with one of the largest multi-disciplines private practices in the UK.
The Company
Multi-disciplinary Consultancy with offices across the UK
Their services involve valuation for all purposes, trust and estate advice, compulsory purchase compensation work, general landlord & tenant
The Position
You will be leading a rural professional team servicing a wide range of properties across East Anglia.
This could be a specialist position for a valuer or a blended professional role to include Estate Management
Their valuation requirement within this role is based around Farms, Estates and residential property in some of the most scenic and high value rural locations.
The Candidate
You will be a strategic, driven individual and have experience in a wide range of valuation techniques.
You will ideally have had experience managing a team whilst looking after your own P&L
