Join this leading independent property consultancy as a Senior Building Surveyor and join a friendly team delivering TDD Surveys and Project Monitoring. You will be delivering a wide range of building surveying services in a commercial environment with a high-level global investor and corporate occupier client base.
Person Specification: Senior Building Surveyor
- MRICS – 2+ years' post qualification experience
- Experience across a broad range of professional instructions
- Experience in TDD surveys
- Commercial sector experience
- Excellent client-facing skills
Roles & Responsibilities: Senior Building Surveyor
Primarily working within the commercial sector, undertaking all-round building surveying work including:
- Technical Due Diligence
- Monitoring
- Refurbishment and redevelopment projects
- Contract administration
- Pre-acquisition surveys
- Planned Preventative Maintenance
- General building surveying commercial work e.g. Dilapidations
Salary & Package: Senior Building Surveyor
- Salary – £45,000 – £55,000 per annum, dependant on experience
- Car allowance – Up to £6,000 per annum
- Fee Plus Bonus Scheme – 20% over 3 x salary
- Progression – Progression to Associate and beyond
- 27 days annual leave + bank holidays
- 4% employer pension contribution
- 1 charity volunteering day per year
- Plus: – Healthcare, life assurance, personal accident cover, professional fees, interest free season ticket loan, cycle to work scheme,
