Could that be you?
Using your planned preventative maintenance experience managing multiple projects, you’ll help to maintain a diverse portfolio of Churches, domestic properties, social centres, commercial space, and retail shops, as well as taking a lead role on managing projects under £300,000.
Strong liaison skills at all levels are also key as you’ll be liaising with not only the Property Team, but with other teams internally as well as external consultants and stakeholders. You will also have thorough understanding of a property database system, preferably Kykloud.
