Providing Consultancy services to help ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard while producing F10s, Risk Registers, Pre-Construction Information, reviewing Construction Phase Plans, H&S Site Inspections and reviewing Health & Safety Files.

Carry out the duties of Principal Designer/Adviser to the Principal Designer/Client (CDM 2015) Adviser as defined under the Regulations
Where appropriate, represent the company at design team meetings, site meetings and other meetings, as agreed at commencement of the project in the completion of the above duties.
Give general advice with regard to health & safety and advice relating to construction health & safety issues.
Ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures.
Undertake H&S inspections of sites.
Communicate with designers, project managers and clients on the proposed designs and principles of prevention.
Degree qualified or holding relevant technical qualifications in suitable discipline.
NEBOSH Construction Certificate or similar an advantage.
IOSH Membership - ideally Tech or CMIOSH
Knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015.
Client facing experience.
Able to drive to vist sites across Midlands and Southern England.

Salary offered DOE - ranging from 50-60k base.

Able to manage own time, some time working from home, office and site.
