Estates Surveyor

We have partnered with The Hertfordshire Constabulary who are looking to fill a pivotal role in their team, a role where getting the job done also means keeping your community safe, AT THE SAME TIME.

We are looking for an Estates Surveyor, who's portfolio will cover 30 sites spanning Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire.

Once up and running you will be working out of their offices in Welwyn Garden City or from the comfort of your home.

The team have the bittersweet task to fill the shoes of their loyal colleague and friend who is going into retirement after many happy years, with the constabulary. However, being the character that he is he will be staying on until December to get the chosen candidate up to speed & hand over the baton.

As I’ve already mentioned when you are up to speed, hybrid working is on offer to whatever suits you and your working hours are just 35 hours a week!

Credentials preferred, however not essential.

• MRICS Accredited.
• Multi-site Property Portfolio experience.
• Good knowledge of Acquisitions/Disposals, Valuation & Rent Reviews.

On offer is a salary between £43k-£53k plus package/benefits.
