Job Details
A rapidly expanding consultancy are seeking an ambitious Assistant Building Surveyor to join their successful Birmingham team.
The Assistant Building Surveyor role
The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will be joining a close-knit, supportive team working on a variety of projects and professional services across sectors including retail, leisure, industrial, office, education and residential.
The Assistant Building Surveyor will be working with the team to deliver projects including repairs, refurbishments, new builds, maintenance, developments and fit-outs.
As well as this, the Assistant Building Surveyor will also be working on professional services such as building inspections, acquisition surveys, dilapidations, contract administration and party wall.
This is a great opportunity for a Junior Building Surveyor who is looking to gain the right exposure in order to complete your APC and develop your career within a long-term role.

- A RICS Accredited Building Surveying Degree
- Eager to complete APC
- 12+ months Building Surveying experience
