We are looking for someone to join a growing team in the North East, with a range of clients and a growing base there is a need for a rural surveyor with an interest in traditional land management.

Our client

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a successful firm of chartered surveyors who are seeking a rural surveyor to join their growing team based in the North East. You will be joining a friendly, entrepreneurial, and inclusive culture with the ability to progress within the company. With a clear structure in place, you are the master of your fate.

The Role

There is a mix of work available which can be tailored around the candidate's strengths and interests. The office covers land management, farming and planning and development

Working with longstanding clients there is an immediate body of work for you to pick up with a fully supported handover to ensure your long-term success.

With a structured career plan, there is a real opportunity to progress within the company with wider specialisation available if interested.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Competent and experienced MRICS qualified rural surveyor delivering work across a range of projects and asset classes
  • Confident, organised, and professional.
  • Manage financial matters, provide reporting on budgeting, performance
  • Managing landlord and tenant relationships for agricultural, commercial, and residential properties
