THE ROLE

I am seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor who is MRICS qualified to join our international client in Liverpool

Our client is increasing their team size due to an ever increasing workload.

They are working on projects for investors and occupiers and developers.

You will need to have gained good building surveying experience in particular of professional duties and some project duties.

Duties will include contract administration, dilapidations, technical due diligence, PPM, Building Surveys for investment, defect analysis and advice and some refurbishment work and maintenance advice.

Projects will mainly be offices and industrial buildings working for both landlords and tenants.

THE COMPANY

Our client is an international firm of property and construction consultants.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Chartered Building Surveyor with a Degree or Diploma or MSc in Building Surveying plus you will need to be MRICS qualified.

You will ideally be from just chartered upwards.

You must have experience in all core Building Surveying duties in particular good experience of due diligence, surveys, and dilapidations.

Some experience of contract administration and also project management is preferred.

You will join a large team of Building Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors, MEP Engineers, Project Managers etc.

A full UK driving licence holder is preferred.

Salary around £50000 to £60000 (or slightly more) plus car allowance, bonus, pension, health insurance, life assurance, professional fees, and other benefits.
