This is unique opportunity to join a Wealth Management fund inhouse Project Management team for their real estate investments. The portfolio specialises in Prime and Super prime residential and hospitality projects in London's most affluent postcodes. They are seeking a Project Manager to strengthen this new in-house team and overall investment portfolio.
This fantastic career opportunity for a Project Manager with 3-5 years' experience is to assist the Head of Real Estate in managing the London portfolio. The role will involve the following elements: assisting with acquisition, development and refurbishments through to handover.
Projects are prime and super prime luxury residential and hospitality projects from RIBA stages 0-7 circa £5-12m refurbishments, the successful candidate will have experience working with HNWI with an eye for the level of detail this luxury design would need to exhibit.
