An award-winning, global Quantity Surveying Consultancy are looking to add a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to their expanding Leeds team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a renowned, multidisciplinary company that work across all sectors of the built environment.

The key focus at present is public sector work, including a large upcoming Town Centre Redevelopment project.

Working closely alongside the Director, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will have complete autonomy and the chance to manage a small team.

The role comes with fantastic opportunity for progression and could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor eager to take on more responsibility and progress.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Experience:

  • Ideally MRICS or working towards
  • UK Cost Management / consultancy experience
  • Strong pre and post contract knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills and client facing
