Opportunity to join an established family run property business as a Property Manager. As a firm of Chartered Surveyors they work to the highest standards working with both residential and commercial property. You will be joining a friendly and inclusive business who value work/life balance. This opportunity can be either full-time or part-time.

Your new role
As the Property Manager you will be responsible day to day property management including liaising with landlords and tenants, arranging repairs and maintenance, chasing rent arrears and managing service charges.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you should have experience within property management and ideally have dealt with commercial property previously. You will need a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
