Graduate/Junior Project Manager

An amazing opportunity for a Graduate or Assistant PM to improve and vary their career path working with and on behalf of UHNW and High Profile Clients as well as best in class Designers by joining this dynamic Project Management and Client Representation company.

The company is a Client Representation, Project Management and Development Management company based in London.

The company specialises in residential projects around the UK and internationally for High Net Worth Individuals/Family's and Clients who require a proactive, yet discreet service.

About The Role

The Company provides Project Management, Client Representation and Procurement services.

Based in Central London, the company works on projects across London including Belgravia, Mayfair, Kensington and Hampstead as well as a recent instruction on an Estate in the Cotswolds AONB. Projects are predominantly super prime high-end residential and/or large historic and often listed properties. Each project requiring project long assistance and oversight across all RIBA Plan of Work Stages.

As a Graduate or Assistant PM you will be working directly with the Director and Company owner in a collaborative working environment, while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, accuracy and attention to detail.

Their hands on approach and close support and mentorship will encourage you to soon take ownership of projects, progress in your career and complete your APC.

In addition, you will be expected to create and add to your existing network to build relationships and incentivised to win Projects of your own.

About You

The ideal candidate will hold an RICS accredited degree, have a keen interest in the construction industry and desire to excel in your career.

Ideally you will have some insight into the industry either through work experience or through a previous role in the industry. The successful candidate will be:

  • Strong Work Ethic.
  • Proficient in Programme Software - Asta, Gantter, Office Suit and AutoCAD is helpful.
  • Confident
  • Pragmatic
  • Happy to challenge the status quo on a Project.
  • Sociable.
