We are looking for a property professional to be based in Birmingham, working on national portfolio of predominately industrial and office assets.

The Role

This opportunity offers you the chance to join a national occupier advisory team, and be the main point of contact for a high-profile, national client. The role offers a variety of general practice responsibilities, predominately lease advisory, and property management. However, you will have the ability deliver additional income streams with possible responsibilities including:  client development, acquisitions and disposals, and co-ordinating multi-disciplinary team projects.
