The role: This would be a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic and tight-knit team in the centre of Birmingham, helping the team to grow and establish themselves as key players in the area, as well as supporting and helping the more Junior members of the team develop.

Picking up projects in Residential, Commercial, Education, Healthcare and Arts & Leisure sectors, general responsibilities will include

Preparing and analysing costs for tenders and contractsAssessing value for moneyRisk assessmentsEstimating cost variantsPreparing cost reports and cash flowsLife cycle costingsAdministering JCT contracts and development agreements, including chairing meetingsRequirements:

MRICS Qualified or commitment to completing APCConfident in client meetingsExperience in JCT contracts and other forms of contractCost estimating backgroundStrong technical knowledgeBenefits
