A progressive independent Property Consultancy with several offices across the UK are looking to add a Senior Valuation Surveyor in their Valuation Advisory team based in their London office.

The Successful Senior Valuation Surveyors role

This Valuation Advisory department consists of over 100 people and presents diverse expertise of experience across all 6 teams including, Asset and Investment, Development, Rating, Residential Valuation, Strategic Advice and Valuations.

Valuations are a key area and providing advice with strategic reporting to potential and existing clients. Business development is an integral part of this role, finding new clients and protecting the long-standing clients.

The Senior Valuation Surveyor

  • MRICS or AssocRICS
  • Registered Valuer Status
  • Technical knowledge of Argus Developer and Enterprise software
  • Problem solving skills
  • Capable of working in a team
