A Chelsea based, Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking an enthusiastic Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 2 years quantity surveying experience, as they continue to expand the company.
The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor's Role
Working under the direction of the Partners, the successful Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will be involved across an array of projects up to £25/£30m across the UK, with the majority of work London based.
Sector wise, the Quantity Surveyor will predominantly work on high end residential and hospitality schemes.
The Partners are seeking a Quantity Surveyor who is interested in becoming MRICS and would benefit from their inhouse training and support system.
The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
- Quantity Surveying degree
- Minimum of 2 years Quantity Surveying experience
- Commercial, residential, or hotel project exposure beneficial
- Pre contract experience
- £30,000 - £45,000
- 25 days annual leave
