Chartered Residential Building Surveyor & Valuer

We are currently recruiting a new Chartered Residential Surveyor to fulfil a role carrying out Residential RICS Level 3 Building Surveys & RICS Leve 2 Homebuyer Reports.

Please note the role can either be for full time or on a consulting basis.

We would be happy to set up a % cut for fees or full time salary.

Full home based working can be taken advantage of in this role and all instructions can be dealt with remotely.

Party Wall Awards, Residential & Commercial Valuations, Commercial Rent Review & Lease Renewals and Schedule of Conditions and Dilapidations experience and instructions can also be provided.

The areas that the new successful applicant will be covering is mainly London, the South East and the Home Counties (further regions may also be required for coverage).

We are offering a very competitive salary and immediate start date.
