Job Details

Our Client: A leading independent multi-disciplinary construction and property consultancy

Projects: Heritage, Education, Hotel, Leisure, Industrial, Mixed use, Commercial, Residential and Retail

Company Headcount: 150 - 250

Role of the Associate Cost Manager:

Preparing budget estimates/cost plansPreparing bills of quantitiesPreparing tender documentsTender evaluation and reportInterim valuationsCost reports and final accounts including the evaluation of Contractor's claimsEffective variation controlReporting direct to clients including presentations

Requirements of the Associate Cost Manager:

MRICS or equivalent level qualificationGood IT literacy, particularly in respect of preparing spreadsheetsAbility to communicate effectively at a high technical level with clients, members of the design team, other professionals in the industry, and contractors in all written communication
