Job Details

An independent, Suffolk based Chartered Surveying Practice are now looking to add a Graduate Valuation Surveyor to their team.

The successful Graduate Valuation Surveyor' role

There is focus on affordable housing, providing Redbook Valuations for their wide range of clients across Suffolk and the surrounding areas.

There is an opportunity to join the APC pathway to become a Chartered Surveyor with a focus on Residential property

The Graduate Valuation Surveyor will ideally hold

  • Relevant RICS accredited degree
  • Passion for Residential property
  • Eager to learn
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Experience of working in a Surveying Practice
