Head of Service (Estates)

My longstanding client based in the North West of England is looking for an experienced MRICS or FRICS Surveyor to head up their Estates and Facilities team for a minimum period of 6 months.

The team is relatively small, with two surveyors and a graduate surveyor, and the additional facilities team.

It is necessary to be Chartered for this role and line management experience is essential.

They need someone who can start within two weeks (as of 6th September 2022), so candidates who have longer notice periods unfortunately cannot be considered.

The daily rate for this post is negotiable depending on experience.
