A dynamic, ambitious Construction Consultancy with offices across the country are looking to bring in a switched on Assistant Project Manager to be based in their London office.
Ideally, they are looking for an Assistant Project Manager with post degree consultancy experience, with ideally knowledge in the residential sector.
The Assistant Project Manager Role
The Assistant Project Manager will Initially be working on residential and commercial projects valued between £0.5m - £15m and doing some town master planning to up to £60m. The Assistant Project Manager will likely work on commercial and hotel projects too, possibly education healthcare in the near future.
The Assistant Project Manager will be based out of the London office, with flexible working from home. Site visits will be in London and the South East, working with a Project Director and mentored by Senior Project Managers.
