Job Details

The Directors of a Quantity Surveying consultancy, with a multi-disciplinary background, are keen to take on an excellent Associate Quantity Surveyor who has the ambition and ability to grow their student accommodation sector.

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will join a consultancy which has several good contacts and projects on the go, including schemes between £20m and £70m, 250 to 750 units. However, they want an Associate Quantity Surveyor who can help push this division to new heights.

With an opportunity to play such an integral role within the future of the consultancy, the Associate Quantity Surveyor will be opening themselves up to Director and equity opportunities. Plus, the freedom to truly impact the direction of a successful QS practice.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS or completed a Quantity Surveying degree
  • Student accommodation project experience
  • Previous UK cost management / consultancy experience
  • Excellent pre contract experience
  • Client facing
