Graduate Building Surveyor

Our client is a small, specialist surveying company based in a small town in Wiltshire, who are seeking to add an enthusiastic graduate Building Surveyor to their growing team. This is a great opportunity for an eager Graduate to get their foot in the door within a supportive consultancy and kick start their career. You will gain extensive experience within Building Surveying, working on a variety of professional services and projects across both the private and public sectors. You will have full training, development and support, APC support and encouraged to work towards progressing your career!
Duties will include assisting on dilapidation surveys, pre-acquisition surveys, and party wall disputes amongst others. The role will be varied, allowing the successful candidate to broaden their horizons and gain experience throughout the Building Surveying industry. Due to the impressive size and scope of the company, you will be working with a range of clients, from big projects to private contracts; meaning no two days are ever the same.
The ideal Graduate Building Surveyor will have:
- A degree in Building Surveying or related (RICS accredited desirable)
- A full, clean UK driving license.
- Excellent report writing and presentation ability.
- An enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated attitude.
- Relevant work experience is preferred.
The salary for this role will be £20,000-£25,000 (DOE) plus benefits, alongside tailor-made support to progress towards Chartership.
