Valuation Associate - Commercial & Alternative

Woodhouse Property Recruitment are currently working with a leading independent consultancy, who are looking to add a valuation surveyor to their small but high calibre team in Bristol.

You would be joining a team who value a range of high-profile commercial, residential, alternative (healthcare, education, Leisure) assets. The team provide a complete valuation service with 85% of work being for secured lending purposes, including development appraisals for projects circa £6million - £10million. The team have been consistently growing for the past year, and are looking to continue this trend with business development being an essential part to the role.

You will have un-paralleled exposure to the running of the business at a local and national level, with the opportunity to become Director a real short-term possibility. There are flexible working options, and we welcome those looking for general practice roles.
