URGENTLY SEEKING REGIONAL AREA SURVEYORS (AREA MANAGERS) IN SUFFOLK & ESSEX.
+ RESIDENTIAL VALUATION SURVEYORS.
Areas of interest are:
- Suffolk : Stowmarket & surrounding area
- Essex : All areas
- All other areas considered
Our client is looking for either:
Chartered Valuation Surveyors – Circa £50k - £65k basic plus generous commission on net billing as an uncapped monthly bonus scheme plus many other additional benefits
and/or
Regional Area Surveyor – Circa £55 - £75K basic plus individual and area commissions and many other additional benefits
The Regional Surveyor Role may include but not limited to field work and managing & supporting a small team.
You will be MRICS / FRICS / AssocRICS considered, a registered valuer with experience of a variety of valuation work in your geographical area.

Due to recent growth, they are expanding and are seeking dedicated and resourceful residential surveyors to join their already outstanding team. You will be home based and able to undertake mortgage valuations, homebuyer surveys and building surveys would be a bonus. This role provides an opportunity for the Surveyor to develop their skills, knowledge, and experience in all areas of valuation and survey work.
The jobholder will need to be able to work under their own initiative and will also be rewarded for the generation new business.
