Staff Valuer / Client Side Valuation Surveyor – Work direct for a Lender! Multiple locations available
We continue to work with a number of specialist lenders UK wide who retain in-house teams of Staff Valuers for single format, low volume reporting across compact post code patches.
Whilst Residential Surveyors working for panel appointed firms focus on points per day and turnaround, Staff Valuers focus on sound lending decisions in-house providing a genuine switch in focus from volume to detail with a package that is incentivised by group profitability rather than individual fee income targets.
Our current Lender clients operate across high street/residential, buy to let, development finance and HMO markets, enabling suitably qualified (MRICS/FRICS & VRS) Residential Surveyors to apply their existing skillset with minimal cross training/ acclimatisation.
As a result of growth, we now have urgent Staff Valuer vacancies in the following locations (with additional opportunities arising periodically)
SW London, Surrey, Manchester, Warrington and the Midlands x2 (Central and South East)
We are keen to hear from Residential Surveyors working for corporate, independent or regional practice with extensive experience of Valuation for secured lending, including the associated compliance/audit trail. Exposure to HMO / BTL valuations (and their associated methodology) is of particular interest.
You will need 3 years PQE, a stable career history and genuine quality focus.
Valuation Surveyor’s working for our lender clients undertake between 1-3 inspections per day in compact postcode patches with outstanding administrative and head office support.
