Residential Surveyors – Non-Lender/Privately instructed workload – Independent practice

We’re working with a non-panel, privately instructed survey provider who require additional full time Surveyors in Manchester, the Midlands and London as follows:

• HBR and (where Surveyors are able) Building Survey workload, no mortgage valuations / lender work
• Relatively refined patches with sensible turnaround and volume expectation
• Excellent technology enabling doorstep sign off and maximum earning potential
• Friendly team with individuals valued as part of a growing independent business
• Up to £60k basic (depending on location) with transparent achievable bonuses, car allowance, generous annual leave entitlement and pension
• Flexible and part time working to suit in ALL LOCATIONS
