Hays are delighted to be working exclusively with a major player in the property sector, incredibly well renowned but not like the big corporates. We are partnering with a privately-owned, independent consultancy to recruit an experienced and passionate Associate or Partner level Rural Surveyor into their lovely Norwich office.

Your new role
As the new Norwich Rural Associate or Partner, you will be working with prestigious estates, rural businesses and private property owners across East Anglia. Primarily you will be completing professional instructions such as valuations, strategic planning, rural development and diversification. There is also an exciting opportunity to get involved in renewable energy if this interests you.

In addition to completing professional instructions, you will assist the Agency Team with the acquisition and disposal of rural stock and be an active member of the Private Estates Team.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will be a chartered surveyor (RICS), holding a CAAV qualification would also be desirable, you will have good professional instruction experience on a variety of assets, post qualification experience, CPO experience and a passion for the rural industry.

Ideally you will be Norfolk based but my client would be happy to speak with candidates from Suffolk and Cambridgeshire as long as they are happy to travel to Norfolk two days a week.
