Job Details
An independent, multi-disciplinary consultancy are seeking a career-focused and hardworking Building Surveyor to support their North Wales based team in Llandudno.
The Building Surveyor role
The successful Building Surveyor will be working on a variety of projects including insurance work, primarily residential and commercial buildings across all forms of construction.
Alongside this, day to day responsibilities include proving advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repairs and refurbishment of all types of buildings and properties.
The Building Surveyor will also be working on professional services such as acquisition surveys, defect investigations, party wall surveys, building regulations, contract administration, dilapidations, measured surveys, condition reports and schedule of works.
This role is based in Llandudno with the majority of the work in and around North Wales alongside minimal travel to their Chester and Northwest offices.
