Job Details
A successful and ever-expanding construction consultancy are looking for an ambitious Senior Building Senior to join their Chester office and support their North Wales/North West workload.
The Senior Building Surveyor role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be supporting their team on a variety of projects including insurance work, primarily residential and commercial buildings across all forms of construction.
Alongside this, day to day responsibilities include proving advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repairs and refurbishment of all types of buildings and properties across a wide range of sectors.
The Senior Building Surveyor will also be working on professional services such as acquisition surveys, defect investigations, party wall surveys, building regulations, contract administration, dilapidations and condition reports.
You will be working closely with their North Wales based office in Llandudno with occasional travel into this region.
The Senior Building Surveyor
- A Building Surveying Degree
- Eager to be a role model and lead a team
- Full UK Driving License
- Ideally qualified (MRICS)
- Building Surveying experience within a consultancy
