Job Details

A firm of Chartered Surveyors & Construction Consultants based in West London, are now seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their team.

As the new Assistant Building Surveyor, you will be joining a team of multi-disciplinary individuals working with private and public sector clients. You will benefit from a variety of work including professional, project services and gain exposure of CAD and design work.

With a wide range of building types, you will work on residential, commercial, historic buildings, as well as industrial and education projects. The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will get full hands-on APC support, with structured learning and encouraging Senior members of staff.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor

  • APC enrolled or desire
  • BSc Building Surveying
  • Previous consultancy experience
  • Multi sector interest or experience
  • A good knowledge of professional services
  • Good time management/ diary management
  • A team player and good attitude towards work
  • Clear and confident communicator
