Job Details

A well-recognised national specialist firm are looking to bring a Building Surveyor into their growing London team.

This is a practice that undertakes a variety of building services, including advice for neighbour law, rights of light, daylight and sunlight, party walls and boundary disputes. As the new Building Surveyor, you will work with both developers and neighbouring owners on a full range of projects on small residential to large commercial.

The successful Building Surveyor will benefit from a supportive and collaborative team, in a beautiful London location.

The Building Surveyor

  • APC enrolled or MRICS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Client facing or customer service experience
  • Strong time management skills
  • Previous experience in rights of light or other surveying practices
