Cedar Harp Limited are a niche firm of Chartered Surveyors whose reach is far wider than our size. Our core business is property management, and we manage a diverse portfolio of offices, retail, industrial and residential investment properties, located from Devon to Kent and from the South Cost to Durham. The properties range from Grade II listed offices in Victoria to blocks of flats and a range of retail shops.

As part of a small team, you will be working directly with clients on a variety of property issues, from asset management to rent reviews and lease renewals, major refurbishment and redevelopment projects, not to mention the joys of day to day management.

Our clients don’t want lengthy reports and meetings but are looking for someone who can deliver results and get on with the job, rather than talking about it. SO, if you are worried about getting pigeonholed in your career or are wishing to develop your range of professional experience, we could be the firm for you.

Ideally, we are looking for someone newly qualified MRICS, but experienced property managers are also welcome to apply. So if your fed up commuting into town and want to work locally, we could be the firm for you.
