Associate Director

About the position

In this role you will be responsible for the delivery and strategic management of commissions of significant size and complexity through all phases of design, preconstruction, construction, and project completion, you will be working across all sectors from mixed residential, commercial, education, civic buildings etc as well as providing mentorship to other Project Managers and Seniors.

About you

You will have approx. 7 - 10 years industry experience, have previously taken projects through the full project life cycle in various sectors, experience working in a client focused, consultancy-based environment or directly for commercial developer, excellent communication and relationship building skills with stakeholders and clients and great knowledge of the construction industry.
