Associate Director Quantity Surveyor

I am looking for a strong senior Quantity Surveyor who is wanting to step up into an Associate Director position or an already established AD looking to take their career further to be number two to the QS director and help develop the QS team.

You would be helping with not only the project delivery side but also with team growth/development, client account management (building on existing relationships) and help to bring on new business.

Although this consultancy is currently at the smaller end, they are making strides – Small but certainly mighty!

They work in a variety of sectors including hotels, residential and industrial, but at the moment they have been particularly busy in the commercial sector which includes refurbishments, Cat A & B fit outs and new builds typically ranging from £5 to £30 million - A lot of their work comes from repeat business due to their outstanding reputation. 

They work hard and are very good at what they do but never shy away from a social – they have regular outings to keep the team thriving, for example last Friday they went on a Canal boat treasure hunt down the Thames. Never a dull day in the office that’s for sure!

You are set a goal of 3 times your salary. Once you hit 2.25% of your salary you will earn 30% commission of any fees delivered.
