Job Description

We are recruiting to continue the rapid and exciting growth of the UK Building Consultancy team, providing the spectrum of commercial consultancy advice across a diverse client base of predominantly private sector clients. The role will mostly be focussed within regional locations, however there is opportunity to work across the UK and Europe. The role is an excellent opportunity for developing client relationships, managing junior team members(at SS and Associate level), developing and enhancing growing service lines, and working closely with colleagues in other departments to maximise cross referral opportunities.

Desired Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will be MRICS qualified. The individual must be commercially aware, enthusiastic and self-motivated and able to demonstrate strong communication and negotiations skills in a customer service driven client facing role. The person will need to be methodical, diligent and well organised, with the ability to take on heavy workloads at busy times. The candidate must be able to take responsibility for their own workload and actions and work well as part of a busy team. Candidates must have commercial experience in the following core services:-

· Dilapidations

· Technical Due Diligence

· Contract Administration

· Forward Maintenance Plans
