We are searching for a Partner to integrate into our highly successful Investment Funds team.

The ideal candidate will already be operating in at a senior level with a client facing role, delivering valuations for regularly valued multi-class property portfolios. They will be enthusiastic about collaborating and leading on projects across services and geographies and contributing towards positive change in the business.

This opportunity is focused within our growing Valuation & Advisory team who advise some of the biggest clients in the sector, including Royal London Asset Management, Abrdn and Blackrock. The team has recently secured new mandates and we seek additional senior resource to work on a number of exciting new projects.

Based within a professional, friendly and collaborative team, the successful candidate will directly support a number of high-profile Clients including insurance companies, pension funds and institutions. Although the majority of the work will be focused on the regular valuation of funds, there will also be scope to undertake transactional advisory projects and other loan security work.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
•    Manage and co-ordinate large valuation instructions
•    Provide multi-sector expertise to clients
•    Manage diverse talent across different role levels
•    Build and manage strong client relationships 
•    Maintain accountability for compliance with firm procedures 

Experience:
•    Proven track record in working at a high level on regularly valued portfolios
•    Be able to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of all property sectors
•    Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions
•    Experience of delivering outstanding business results
•    Accountable for strong job profitability
•    Implementation of strategic priorities
