Hunt Brewin, Chartered Building Surveyors are one of the longest established firms of Private Practice Chartered Building Surveyors in Guernsey. The company has an excellent reputation and is on the panel of all of the major mortgage lenders in the Island. The company prides itself on being a traditional firm of building surveyors well-established within the business community and property sector.

Hunt Brewin provides the full spectrum of building surveying activities, including residential valuations, commercial and residential surveys, defect analysis, design and specification in connection with insurance claims, the design, tendering and administration of contacts for building projects of all types of property, together with the preparation of expert witness reports and advising clients and their legal advisers in connection with litigation and arbitration matters.

The successful applicant should have a Building Surveying Degree, be a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, should be an RICS Registered Valuer and have at least two years post qualification experience.

This is a great opportunity for a Building Surveyor who is looking for a varied role looking to take on more responsibilities and develop their career within a supportive private practice located in the beautiful Island of Guernsey only 30 minutes by plane from Southampton and 45 minutes from Gatwick
