An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly Chartered Building Surveyor looking to take the next step and lead their own team. You will be joining the Nottingham office of a leading Midlands consultancy who due to a sustained period of growth, are looking to add to their friendly, experienced team. Work on exciting projects and innovative designs alongside a creative, experienced and skilled colleagues for an industry-leading consultancy valuing quality and cooperation.

The Chartered Building Surveyor

• Chartered, ideally in the last 1-2 years
• Degree in Building Surveying
• Experience with pre-purchase surveys
• Ideally experience with valuation, although not essential
• Excellent and accurate report writing skills
• Strong experience of working in a pro-active commercial environment
• Knowledge of building contracts
• Able to meet fee targets and generate new business
• Must be a good team player
• Business focused and willing to be involved in business development and building client relationships
