Project Manager/Senior Project Manager (Medium sized Consultancy who are an EOT)

Turner Property Recruitment are currently representing a well-known and established Medium sized Consultancy who are looking for a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to be based in Manchester, in order to help deliver a growing pipe of clients. Recently Turner Property Recruitment recruited a Project Manager last month for this business and we are now looking for a very similar candidate due to the success of this appointment!

This unique and rare opportunity is an immediate requirement due to unprecedented growth and planned further drive forward by the company. They require a client facing individual who has varied construction experience from a Consultancy/Contracting background, with a driving license as travel is essential for this role.

The workload is extremely varied in terms of sector and project value, with work being won throughout the North of the UK so there will be elements of travel in this role. Examples of current workload include a £330M Higher Education scheme in Manchester as well as large Residential/Office Fit out projects with some corporate investors/developers.

This forward-thinking organisation have very little in the way of red tape and are after the person first and foremost, essentially they are after in the first instance a hungry and ambitious Project Manager who wants to be a team player and be involved in project delivery and be a team player.

Remuneration will be up to £56,000 for this role, depending upon experience.
