What will your role be?
As the Assets Surveyor you will lead in the acquisition, disposal and review of property assets, lease negotiations and renewals, property inspections and valuations, whilst ensuring the asset management databases are kept up to date and reflect the completion of responsive and planned programme works. You will be proactively identify preventative repairs and maintenance, and review and evaluate energy performance data of SLH’s homes to ensure compliance and improve energy performance.

What skills and experience will you have?
You will have a HNC in Building Surveying or equivalent experience and have experience working within the social housing property and investment sector. You’ll have strong knowledge of Construction Design Management Regulations 2015 as well as an understanding of excellent customer care. You will be an organised, effective communicator who strives for continuous improvement and self-development.
