Graduate Building Surveyor

Carriera has a fantastic opportunity for an APC building surveyor, who is looking to join a small to medium size consultancy, that focus on providing building surveying and project management services to clients including occupiers, funds, landlord’s, investors, and developers

The business was established in 2010 and set up by two entrepreneurial directors who had previously worked some of the world’s most iconic consultancies. Having recognised what businesses could do differently. They established a talented team, employing 22 employees and now challenge premier consultancies on higher valued instructions.

With the business continuing to strengthen and pick up more momentum. They are looking to bring on board a tenacious and motivated graduate building surveyor.

The Role

The opportunity will provide a graduate building surveyor with a great deal of diversity in day-to-day responsibilities, and you will cover a wide spectrum of services including:

Acquisition surveys, contract administration, dilapidations, external repairs and redecoration, construction project management, specification and design, office refurbishment and fit out.

About You   

-       BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or Equivalent.

-       1-2 Years industry experience

-       Passionate about a career in building surveying

-       Enrolled on APC Pathway

-       Good verbal and written skills
