Job Specification

• Managing a portfolio of multi – let commercial property industrial, retail and land estates.
• Liaising with Estates Director on:

1. Implementing rent reviews and rent review negotiation through to positive outcome.
2. Issuing and managing dilapidation claims.
3. General estate management liaison with tenants and ensuring multi-let estates are tidy and good operational order.
4. High level debt collection.
5. Engagement of legal entities on matters of property management and lease advisory.
6. Ad hoc service charge management and expenditure.
7. Ensuring health and safety/fire safety compliance.
8. Liaising with and instructing a broad array of specialist consultants e.g., litigation, dilapidation surveyors, arbitrators etc.

Skills and aptitudes

• Highly proficient in Excel.
• Results driven.
• Strong professional etiquette.
• Strong comprehension of Landlord and Tenant Law, and general commercial property aptitudes.

Experience

Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a surveyor within a commercial property business.
