Job Details
A professional Surveying Practice based in Northwood are seeking a General Practice Surveyor to join their experienced team.
The General Practice Surveyor's Role
The successful Surveyor will be joining a team of RICS registered valuers working with commercial and residential properties in and around the home counties.
The role includes conducting Homebuyer reports on Residential Property, Valuations and Building Surveys on Commercial Property and Lease Renewals and Rent Reviews on all asset classes.
The General Practice Surveyor
- MRICS or ASSOCRICS
- Commercial and residential experience
- Ideally 2+ years valuation experience
